What to send

• A question about an address. Include the full street address and the jurisdiction. The free records check on the homepage answers most of these immediately.
• A correction to a cited record. Name the page, the statement, and the source section that reads differently. Corrections to the record are re-verified against the source and dated.
• Permit or license issuance. Describe the property and the license or permit the code names. Scope and pricing are quoted by reply; no price is published on this site.
• Privacy requests. To see or delete the data held about you, send the email address or the address you entered. See the privacy page for what is stored.

What Permitz is not

Permitz is not a law firm and not a government office. It does not issue a license itself and does not give advice. A question about what a person may do with a property belongs with a licensed land-use attorney in that jurisdiction.
